  • To schedule and deliver bin rental services you request

3. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain quote request information for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and complete any resulting services. Business records related to completed services are retained in accordance with applicable Canadian tax and regulatory requirements. Quote requests that do not result in service are typically deleted from our email inbox within one year.

Our website relies on a small number of third-party services to operate. Each of these services may process limited information from visitors to our site:

  • FormSubmit.co — processes and relays quote form submissions to our email inbox. Form data passes through FormSubmit's servers when the form is submitted. See formsubmit.co for their current practices.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — provides bot protection on the quote form. Turnstile may collect browser and device information for the purpose of distinguishing human visitors from automated bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
  • Google Maps — provides the embedded map in our Service Area section. When the map loads, Google may receive information about your visit, including your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
  • Our web hosting provider — stores the website files and processes standard server access logs, which may include IP addresses and browser information for security and troubleshooting purposes.

We have no control over the privacy practices of these third-party services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies if you have concerns. We selected these providers based on their reputations for responsible data handling.

5. How We Protect Your Information

Our website is served over HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your browser and our server. Quote form submissions are transmitted using industry-standard encryption. We limit access to your information to authorized personnel who need it to respond to your request or deliver your service.

While we take reasonable steps to safeguard the information you share with us, no method of transmission over the internet or storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.

  • Access — You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — You may request that we correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Deletion — You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it.
